The 1up West Coast Invitational is a new race taking place at the wonderful Finishline RC Raceway in Bakersfield, CA. This race has a special component bringing the Reedy Race format of invite modified drivers back to the scene for the first time since 2019. Ryan and David provided a great facility for us all to race on!!
Joining the AwesomatixUSA team for the event was Lucas Urbain and Max Machler along with a huge group of both California "local" and national Awesomatix drivers.
It was great to see such high car counts for Awesomatix A800 touring cars across all classes -- Invite, Open Modified, Spec 17.5 and Spec 21.5 -- with more cars in the invite field or a-mains than any other brand.
Reedy Invite
It was great to see the best in the World battle it out in 12 rounds of heads up racing. Awesomatix drivers Lucas Urbain (rnd 3, 4, 5, 10), Sam Isaacs (rnd 1, 7 & 12) and Lex Tyler (rnd 12) secured race wins!

21.5 TC would feature a battle between AwesomatixUSA's Billy Spence and Ryan Appleberry for the TQ. Billy would win the TQ, but Ryan would battle back in A1 and A2 to take the overall win!
